  1. The Chair informed that on the occasion of Global Accessibility Awareness Day on 16 May 2024, he is organising a seminar through zoom which will also be available as a webcast through isoc.live. Dr. Praveen Misra would be giving a presentation on awareness followed by Jaunita George on developing Accessible codes and then on Accessibility functional testing by Dr. Angela Young. It will be a 2 hr event with Q&A in the end. The information is being propogated through ISOC Chatter and other channels
  1. International Sign Language Interpreter for GAAD is being taken from ISOC at USD 800 for the two hour event.
  1. Status of the acceptance of leadership positions. The Chair informed that e-mails to all the selected leaders was sent on 6th May '24 and acceptance was asked by 10th may '24. Based on the same the following acceptances have been recieved. The Chair suggested that the deadline be increased to 15th May '24 and a reminder email maybe sent to the remaining candidates.
